He has also completed a graduate certificate program for Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies at Temple University. This certification has helped prepare him to meet our diverse community's needs better. Before becoming a professional counselor, he had an extensive career in human resources. Joe is a pre-licensed professional counselor practicing in Pennsylvania under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor (Amber Lynn Connell, Pennsylvania LPC #PC006684).
